Story of Me originated in Singapore where both of us had been coaching and mentoring for many years. Over these years, we had met people, especially women from different walks of life, and most of them admitted to needing a little nudge, support and motivation every now and then. Based on the feedback and on our years of training, we designed this workshop, which eventually became a full programme that included check-ins and a supporting community.
We are energized by the shifts that our participants have experienced in the course of this journey. The Story of Me partners its participants on a journey of clarity, self help and achievement. Using appropriate coaching and mentoring techniques, our workshop is designed for women who
- Want to explore new avenues and new purpose
- Want to gain clarity
- Want to get back their mojo
- Want to rediscover themselves & feel energized
- Want to lead a happier & better life.
- Moreover, our participants are invited to the Story of Me ‘safe-space’ community which meets up regularly to encourage and motivate each other.
